• P&L ownership incl. forecasting, planning, pipeline, and risk mitigation plans
• Setting goals and targets, acting as a role model providing direction, coaching, and support
• Leading Sales and Business Development activities at both a strategic and tactical level
• Business model ownership incl. Operations, Pricing, Intelligence, Purchase, and Relationships
• Working closely with country/divisional/operational directors and leadership teams
• Fostering a high-performance culture within the division and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
• Providing executive updates on the plan and insight to market, customer, and competitor activities
• Managing key strategic customers/stakeholders across incl. operators, resellers, and key retailers
• Influencing internal/external stakeholders to ensure outstanding results
• Working closely with central and local marketing teams to optimise Value Proposition
• Transferring knowledge to other leaders and help ensure their exit plan is complete
• Recruitment, management, and retention of key staff to achieve the plan
