In the region, I organized workshops, set up a project team with 10 direct reports, conducted training and meetings, discussed and aligned processes, reviewed training, and distributed written and video communications enabling new ways of learning. As part of the digital transformation strategy, I have acted as Latam's point of contact and facilitator for implementing a unique promotional materials approval system based in Veeva PromoMats used by Marketing and Compliance that aims to have an aligned process, automate the content distribution and save up to 40% on the cost of developing these materials, with sharing among affiliates around the world. As part of this strategy, I have also been facilitating other applications that are part of this ecosystem, including a promotional and scientific material distribution platform based in Showpad, generating relevant data about the visualization of materials presented to our customers by our Sales team and also via Digital Channels, increasing the productivity of the Sales team and the effectiveness of the Marketing team, as well as reducing costs with printing and storing these materials. To assist in the process of digital maturity, especially in the Marketing area, I have worked with the Global Digital Marketing team and also Accenture, to align, structure project, communication strategy and change management, to implement a digital campaign tool based on the Adobe Marketo. I have also held meetings and discussions to implement a services portal, which aims to offer a new digital contact channel for our customers with our back office team, involving the Services, Logistics and Finance areas.
