Customer Success:
-Assure product and best practice adoptions are communicated, measured, addressed and revised and celebrated throughout contract. -Identify opportunities for expansion, upsell, additional services within assigned districts. -Leverage relationships with key decision makers to provide referrals to sales partners. -Present foundational research as well as ongoing research supporting success as wells as product demonstrations in person and virtually with sales and technical team members at professional conventions and consortiums, state and local school boards. -Engage potential and current customers with a consultative approach in growth and solution oriented needs based assessments
