Here are the key skills that define me: * Management of all aspects of events, meetings, and conferences from planning to execution, including budgeting, all technical requirements, venue sourcing, contracting, logistics, execution, and same day support, across multiple countries and with internal and external staff. * Development of meeting and event infrastructure.Organization and operational protocols, including review and selection of technology platforms and key partners. * Coordination of global communications, vendor relationships and event calendar management. * Act as project manager for major events, planning and attending project meetings, setting, and meeting deliverables and deadlines, and ensuring project communication and coordination between relevant staff and external partners. * Support relevant teams and staff in coordinating the process of developing programme, content, and documentation. * Management of partnerships, stakeholder engagement and coordination to support the successful event execution. * Sourcing and securing vendors and venues and negotiating vendor contracts. Foster strong vendor relationships, monitor vendor deliverables, flexibly and effectively manage changes in event requirements. * Oversee all logistics/technical/security and support staff requirements, and other event related administrative teams. * Work closely with communications, programmes, and development teams to ensure consistency and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve event objectives. * Manage event budgets in coordination with finance and other relevant teams, ensuring cost effectiveness. * Willing to step in and work to resolve conflicts and challen
