• Manage creation of tools to support Enrollment, such as offer letters, financial estimates, graduation paths and course walk plans
• Oversight of 200 person admissions enablement group responsible for navigating enrollment steps with prospects.
• Coordinate efforts and processes for successful identification of qualified applicants & contact strategy to meet goals.
• Maintain database of market trends and competitors to assist staff in devising their conversations with prospects. • Ensure all training, materials and job aids are maintained and • Leads digital media, social media, paid search, and vendor management to secure opportunity to achieve New and Continuing student goals. • Responsible for all prospect communication and message audience targeting.
• Analysis of market trends and feedback from enrollment staff to implement the best possible programs.
• Ongoing analysis of trends, performance and KPIs to drive strategy and operations for continued enrollment growth.
