Jul. 2006 - Mar. 2020Barbados, BridgetownAs Sr. Club & Resort Services Manager, I am responsible for the efficient operation of the Owner Services Department, supporting 3,500+/- individual owners. The team handles all member reservation requests, internal and external exchanges with a number of global affiliates, maintaining points, and annual fee accounts as well as ownership documentation. I also oversee the Private Residence Manager who is the main point of contact of the Condo owners and liaise closely with both the Membership Accounting and the Sales areas. Throughout the years I was also the lead on the design and business requirements for the development of a proprietary software currently used for inventory tracking, contract management, usage tracking, and data analyses. Paramount to the success of my department is ensuring a high degree of Customer Service, accuracy and efficiency. In order to provide my team with the tools that they need to perform at the highest level, I have focused on analyzing and revising processes and procedures in an effort to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. I also focus on individual and group training of staff and was one of the facilitators of an internal training program that all 500 employees went through within a 6 week period.
