Sep. 2011Madrid Area, SpainResponsible for overall presales activity and proposals within the Systems Integration and Consulting Service Lines in Spain and Portugal. Responsible for ensuring a proper end-to-end bid execution of large deals and to support sales growth across Atos local and global organization: - Bidding teams .leadership with main focus on complex, international and multimillion euro business. - Definition of the best solution architecture and strategy in the dimensions of business, technology, services, risks, timeline and costs. - Assurance of high quality solutions delivered with the right price and cost base for the Company with Local ad Global Delivery Teams
- Support to Global sales teams across all markets, mainly Telecoms, Financials and , Manufacturing, with focus on international contract management and industrialized distributed delivery.
- Participation in successful deals for Acquisitions, IT Outsourcing and Due diligence processes. Presentation and negotiation with customer at CxO level.
- Participation in Atos´TOP Program (Tier1 Operational Transformation Program). Volume managed: +250M€ revenue budget for all sectors and activities in Systems Integration for Spain and Portugal.
