• Thrive in a fast-pace environment, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and requests, accurately.
• Interface with project engineers, design engineering firm, and the refinery personnel daily to locate, acquire, or deliver vital information for on-going project activities.
• Create and edit/update files in SAP and Livelink for the retention of all drawing and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate distribution of all incoming packages requiring review, comments, and/or approvals.
• Relay responses back to engineering firm /contractor requesting information within the established timeframe.
• Resolve “Requests for Information” from engineering firm, contractors, project management team
members, or refinery personnel.
• Develop and maintain company documentation including, specifications, guidelines, work instructions, forms, reference guides and training material.
• Create, revise, and implement departmental procedures. Update procedures on an annual, bi-annual, or as needed basis to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Create and maintain tracking systems for all project documentation including items that are issued for review, approval, construction, information, as-built, and final record.
• Maintain all project required reference documents, logs and registers, including but not limited to drawing logs, transmittal logs, a distribution matrix, and equipment logs, to assist in keeping accurate tracking records.
• Assure all documentation is retained or destroyed in compliance with the refinery Document and Records Management policies and procedures.
