May. 2017 - Jul. 2019Provides professional program management experience to designated properties for over 12 Hospitality Brands, 200+ properties in Canada & Central U.S. as it relates to Architectural Design, Client Liaison, Space & Occupancy, adherence to Brand standards, processes and policies. I am responsible for driving product and service improvements in Project Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, New Product Introduction, and Inspections. Other duties included:
- Own the relationship with Clients in relation to space standards, utilization, and efficiency. Coordinate & Implement drawing changes to adhere to government laws and regulations.
- Create & Implement Pro-Forma analysis, Land Development, Site Plan & Master Plans for 9 Directors in Canada & Central US. Define and Develop scopes of work, budgets, space requirements, and space plans.
- Support Clients & General Manager to develop and maintain budgets, timelines for each project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
- Facilitate Pre-Construction Meetings, Facilitate City Planning & Zoning meetings to ensure overall site, life safety, space planning, and construction objectives are met.
