Job Description We are currently seeking for an Injection Moulding Machine Operator (Plastic) to be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce plastic components. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring the production process, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process. Tasks and Duties: • Operate injection moulding machines to manufacture plastic parts according to specifications. • Set up and calibrate machines before production runs, including selecting and installing dies, moulds, and machine components. • Monitor the injection moulding process to ensure it is running efficiently and effectively, making adjustments as necessary. • Inspect produced parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Take corrective actions if defects are found. • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently. Report any major malfunctions or need for repairs to the maintenance team. • Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the production process. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment f
