- Developing comprehensive strategic marketing plans, encompassing digital marketing and content marketing strategies aligned with the business area's growth plans and requirements set by the Head of Department.
- Identifying short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, and overseeing the development and management of an annual marketing budget.
- Collaborating closely with department heads throughout the company to ensure effective communication of key messaging, lead generation, and successful campaign implementation.
- Working collaboratively with the Sales Team and Marketing Team to develop and execute inbound and outbound lead generation marketing campaigns, utilizing a diverse range of marketing tactics.
- Engaging in cross-functional collaboration with sales and product marketing executives to clearly define sales objectives and establish effective go-to-market strategies for the region.
- Identifying and managing an events calendar, including competitions, sponsor events, and open days, and fostering collaboration with external teams, international teams, and central brand partnership teams to drive event-specific campaigns, sales channel lead-generation, and nurture activities.
- Overseeing the management of all operational processes of the business, which includes handling relationships with providers, consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, as well as negotiating and managing contracts.
- During my tenure, I successfully developed and implemented strategic marketing plans, collaborated with various teams, managed budgets, led lead generation campaigns, and oversaw operational processes to drive the growth and success of Fly High Fitness. My skills in marketing strategy, marketing management, search engine marketing (SEM), people management, and operations played a critical role in achieving the organization's marketing objectives.
