I also handled and resolved a broad array of queries, inquiries, and escalations in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, I operated all facets of business, including, strategic planning, operations, merchandising, and marketing. While employed, I procured a wide range of networking opportunities world-wide to raise capital, source deals, and find debt placement. I also demonstrated a proficiency in customer relations, brand positioning, revenue growth, financial management, driving operational excellence, and price negotiations.
