Jan. 2019 - Mar. 2020Stoughton, WIDevelop and execute annual marketing and communications programs to generate demand, on time and on budget, which may include advertising, collateral, newsletters, speaking engagements, byline articles, presentations, webcasts, email campaigns, videos, sales tools, social media and website content. Gather, compile and maintain sales tool assets in multiple formats. This responsibility includes partnering with internal groups to develop sales materials and handling regular communications with the sales team. Define and deploy actionable reporting metrics to improve program effectiveness and ROI; recommend and implement ongoing improvements. Build strong relationships with Executive leadership, Sales, Solutions and Technology teams, working in-step for consistent implementation and success. Help create and maintain a marketing programs calendar. Help develop and manage a marketing programs budget. Communicate across all levels of the organization. Support the product marketing function with communications expertise. Manage external marketing agencies, vendors and freelancers, as required, including negotiating agreements. Monitor competitors' communications to improve AgileOne programs, messaging and differentiation. Represent AgileOne at industry events. Lead or assist with other marketing projects as assigned. Manage and mentor marketing team of 5 direct reports.
