• Develop best practices, models, frameworks, deliverables, and trainings for creating user-friendly, best-in-class content and creative
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify KPIs, clear goals, and areas of opportunity for content and measuring effectiveness
• Coach leaders in UX, content strategy, editorial strategy, management, and communication
• Drive hiring strategy, scale teams, and define new roles that align with business and individual growth opportunity
