Used advanced monitoring scripts to analyse the process table of Unix systems for rogue processes that would cause problems. In the Card Utility – one was discovered and when fixed reduced the high CPU activity permitting more CPU for the application and faster application processing times. Used Perl to write a Veritas Cluster Server group trigger to correct the routing table for on- demand addition of new network routes for on-demand network interfaces.
