•Formulating and structuring probation as well as yearly evolution reports for all employees. Establishing and generating data from SAP program for all employees to devise analysis every month according to the end of contract plans and disseminated data to illustrate the probation and yearly evaluation.
•Expertly equipped and composed the summaries encompassing all employees’ information along with put the proposals and recommendations by achieving higher management proposals.
•Lead and maintaining system transactions in SAP encompassing Employee Data Maintenance, Leave Entries, Position Management and Separation Action. Arranging exit interview for leaving employees, issuing resignation, termination, and dismissal letters for leaving employees.
•Collaborating with Audit Department to update Employee Relations Procedures alongside applying Successfactor appraisal system on Staff level and paper appraisal for non-staff level.
•Coordinating with Recruitment Department for interdivisional transfer or find a suitable vacancy for terminating employees in other divisions. Obliging relationships within the company to generate team synergy and improve cross departmental processes an efficient manner.
•Successfully initiating and presenting indigenous strategies and practices to elude employee relations, risk and leverage organisation as well as enhance the image and reputation of the organisation. Administer leadership in upgrading the capabilities through identification, development, movement and retention of talent.
