Sep. 2010 - Apr. 2012Cooke OperationsSAP Human Resources needs to be kept up to date for the other modules in SAP to work as this relates directly to the workflow/authorizations.
Duties:
• Creating Organizational structures in SAP as per business requirements
• Creating Positions under the organizational structure as per business requirements
• Capturing all HR related data into the relevant groupings
• Maintaining Org management – costing, gang creation, personnel areas, personnel subareas
• Delimiting of positions, org units no longer in use as per instruction received.
• Transfer employees between business units
• Assisting with Labour Hire engagements
• Daily report to T & A for interface checking
• Check the daily report for any fields not populated – e.g. Costing, position number, etc. follow up with Human Resources Officer’s as to why and correct as per instructions
• Compare SAP data to other personnel system and AD Team. Bring under attention of Human Resources Officer’s the discrepancies
• Discrepancies identified and assist in correcting this
• Update SAP Human Resources with medical aids, pensions, unions from data received from Palpay on a monthly basis
• Update SAP Human Resources with any changes in personal details if and when received from employees
• Qualifications catalogue maintain in SAP as per requests received from Training
• Assist Human Resources Officer’s on shafts with any issues on SAP regarding capturing or any other queries they might have.
• Reporting – weekly forward comparison to Human Resources Officer’s for checking and corrections where applicable. • Forward org structure on two weekly basis to all HR to ensure that correct people on correct gangs with correct costing for their perusal and where discrepancies identified to be corrected • Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.
• System enhancements by conferring with SAP consultant; developing, testing, once transported to SAP Human Resources module
