This project allowed me to step into a te ao Māori space to surface both the identity and cultural connect to purpose, strategy and execution. I lead the design (wananga), development and rollout of the identity to both our Executive Leadership team and the wider organisation. This mahi was a collaboration with the talented team at Ramp Design.
