With 17 years of experience in business management and the private and social sectors, I have developed strong competencies in strategic planning, project management, data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. As a coach and Latin America representative of the Global Impact Team for For Impact, I specialize in providing localized expertise for fundraising strategy and support projects, working with social impact organizations and funders worldwide. My mission is to contribute to social change by empowering individuals and organizations for social impact. I have a Master's in Human Rights and Democratisation from the Global Campus of Human Rights and produced an award-winning thesis. I have also led results measurement and operational activities across four global hubs at Amani Institute, a social enterprise that develops changemakers through innovative leadership programs. I aim to continue integrating my solid business and leadership expertise into my social transformation drive, helping social impact-driven organizations and their clients make the world more just and inclusive.
