Through our corporate coaching program Chief Balance Officer works with your organization's executive leadership team to develop a new executive role whose primary responsibility is the advocacy of the employee's personal balance. This is achieved in a variety of ways with the primary motivating question being "How are we supporting this individual in achieving balance in their lives such that we as an organization can demonstrate that we are appropriately maintaining our intellectual and cultural capital which are the primary components of a successful organization?" This is not a Human Resources role as HR represents the interests of the company as they relate to the employee. This is advocacy of the individual within a shifted paradigm
