Providing Guidance and assistance with Organizational roadmaps, Programs and Services to IT, Legal , Finance, Operations organizations. Soundboard for Process improvements (BPM), Business continuity (BCM) and Quality (Six Sigma) Provide leadership/guidance to the underlying PMO's of the organizations and its resources (Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, Project Managers) Solution Architect for ServiceNow SPM , Asana, Oracle EPM as well as desktop Project Management Tools Principal driver for Agile Deployment within the IT (DTO) and Operational departments and trainer for Scrum masters as well as PI/Sprint monitor (for quality purposes) As a result of this work more than 20000 Incidents per quarter were resolved within 5 days Likewise INtake process allows the business to prioritize and rank more than 400 Requests/Demands per quarter that were either converted into Enhancements, Stories (Agile) and/or Projects. Agile IT teams achieved within the first year a 50% sprint velocity increase 120 Projects were delivered over the fiscal year on average with 90% of them within time/budget 35 Business critical enhancements and aproximately 180 non-critical enhancements were achieved over the fiscal year. Overall IT team/Digital Team achieved a measurable perfomance improvement in terms of time/effort of more than 60% resulting in savings of more than 15 Million dollars while maintaining a 99.8 satisfactory rating (15,000 surveys of which 15 came back negative)
