Apr. 2019 - Jun. 2020Dubai, United Arab EmiratesIn this role, I am focused on developing and managing customer accounts & relationships, promoting business growth and product usage, maintaining long-term customer retention, and reducing churn for the EMEA region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting the end-to-end cycle of a customer, from on-boarding, to training the customer on how to use the products, and helping customers get tangible benefit from product features. - Assist customers with creating their digital strategy by using our platform to enhance customer experience, whilst supporting ROI in line with individual and business KPI's. - Identify opportunities to upgrade, cross-sell, and up-sell to the client to support regional revenue growth.
- Strive to improve customer experience across interaction with the customer throughout the customer journey, to help develop new ideas and internal processes. - Listening to customers. This involves identifying, meeting and exceeding their current and future needs, balancing the needs of the customer with that of the business, by using tact and diplomacy. - Support with improving products by encouraging co-creation processes with the clients, and deliver feedback to the Product team.
- Having a solid understanding of the technical side of our products, to best assist clients during troubleshooting issues. - Train, support and motivate new Customer Success Team members globally.
