• Manage $20 Million frozen and dry snack category and successfully negotiate price advances, terms and conditions with Ahold Delhaize banner. • Evaluate the efficiency of current price advance planning and develop recommendations for refinement or to capture new opportunities (based on product, pack, channel).
• Leverage established General Mills Sales processes to establish objectives, engage the customer, explore customer interests, explain solutions, and execute commitments.
• Retrieve and analyze syndicated customer and consumer data to understand the category and industry trends.
• Leverage superior executive-level relationships to drive differential performance for General Mills
• Perform ad hoc data analysis for business units around customer, products, and vendors dynamics
• Analyze current and future product competitiveness and market position and work with merchandising to make recommendations portfolio management, and overall product strategy.
• Meet annual sales targets by leveraging GMI trade strategy and maintaining accurate planning and spending information in the trade planning system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional offers that reflect national trade strategies and optimize GMI resources.
• Leverage national category management selling stories to drive GMI growth and distribution
• Responsible for managing natural organic breakfast and frozen for key account group like (Ahold Delhaize) Giant Martins, Giant Food, Stop &Shop, Hannaford, Food Lion, Tops, Price Chopper & UNFI.
