ErrorNet Pty LtdFOUNDER & CEO ► LEAD TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT ► ICT SOLUTIONS ► DATA QUALITY APPLICATION FOR HOSPITALS
Feb. 2016 - Jun. 2021Melbourne, Australia-------------------------------------------------- ErrorNet is a software that improves the quality and accuracy of data in an application. After developing and launching this innovative new startup, my partners and I are excited to focus our product on patient administration systems (PAS) in public and private hospitals. Our company maintains the currency of data rules without impacting additional strain on already limited internal resources. When public hospitals contract ErrorNet they can be sure data in the PAS accurately reflects all health department rules for admitted, non-admitted, emergency, and elective surgery events. For private hospitals, ErrorNet ensures accuracy of data according to funding provider’s requirements, thereby providing data that empowers business teams to maximise revenue opportunities while ensuring compliance. --------------------------------------------------

Specifically, I stepped in to manage the implementation of a new patient administration system. My work involved system configuration, business process redesign, user acceptance testing as well as creation of all team training materials. I also spearheaded our onsite go-live and ensured proper post go-live support. -------------------------------------------------- Together we achieved a lot in one year. Some highlights include: ✔ REDUCED PATIENT FRUSTRATION AND IMPROVED SERVICE. After configuring the new outpatients’ model staff now have scheduling access and information about availability of 100% of clinics organisation-wide. ✔ EXECUTED SUCCESSFUL GO-LIVE AFTER FIXING INTERNAL PROBLEM that prevented billing tables from proper configuration.
