Apr. 2017 - Jul. 2018Phoenix, Arizona Area• Recruit Technology and eDiscovery industry professionals to meet hiring initiatives for both local and remote needs. Requisition load varied from 8-18 per week. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Dice, Monster, Indeed & other job boards for sourcing.
• Create, develop, and executes strategies to meet recruiting goals for the entire organization.
• Partner with executive team and hiring managers to create job requisitions, streamline interview processes, and provide training & market information to improve interviewing efforts. Currently working with Director of Tech Support to develop a farm team that will provide a career path for our Tech Support team to Development. This will help meet the demands of finding new Development resources and to help retain talent.
• Build relationships with coding schools, Universities, and other meetup groups in the Phoenix metro area to increase talent brand awareness and build pipeline for open positions. Attend career fairs, Capstone showcases, and other networking events to increase talent brand and develop partnerships.
• Analyze performance metrics to continue to develop strategic recommendations for improving the interview process, onboarding, and overall candidate experience. In 2017, new hires increased by 25%, not including new employees from an acquisition.
• Manage relationships with third party recruiting vendors from contract negotiation to offer.
