Apr. 2017 - Dec. 2017Sydney, AustraliaAchievements: • Conducted a process analysis on Sales Force (B2B) and Sleep Easy Centres (B2C), focusing from revenue generation through to the final process of cash collections. Gaps were identified and amended within sales and ordering process and customer profiles, allowing the business to increase revenue by an average 27% of monthly forecast, and reduce debtors aging by $82k. The changes encouraged external customer satisfaction by processing orders more systematically and encouraged accountability on sales area managers to maintain a healthy and profitable customers profile. • Reviewed the bonus structure against corporate policy and gaps were identified. Lead the communication with business executives and human resource managers to align key objectives surrounding sales targets to strategic business plan. The improvements achieved an aligned result to monthly target in a declining market, and improved our integral gross margin (IGM) by 2.8% • Transitioned a newly acquired business into Philips Australia, focusing efforts on financial systems, reporting, business operation alignment both locally and abroad. Through the process, I was able to identify opportunities to improve reporting requirement for the business, streamline the month end process, and reducing the month end reporting cycle by 3.5 days.

Oct. 2015 - Mar. 2017Achievements: • Established a financial analysis methodology for a 4-year Better Practice Review program focusing on service output and functional alignment, allowing the business to obtain transparent and meaningful financial data for decision making. • Successfully extracted financial data from a decommissioned system to compose trend analysis and demonstrate the net cost of service, and benchmark across similar councils within Australia and the Western Sydney Region of Council (WSROC) • Contributed in the leading of six better practice reviews, by analysing the service and the impact on the business, and identifying service gains • Through financial modelling, demonstrated and recommended to Executive Team and Steering Committee, strategies to reduce the service cost and increase service output to the community. • Lead the process mapping of services that highlighted gaps and inefficiencies to the existing service models, and to ascertain short term capabilities to achieve the organisation’s desired service level. This process also contributed to the implementation of a new Corporate Business System.

This allowed the projects to commence the feasibility studies more efficiently. • Redesigned the accounting role within the Development Division to better suit business requirements. The change also included the introduction of basic financial training to senior project management, as well as procurement and commercial teams. • In collaboration with Corporate Finance, implemented month end procedures to improve financial accuracy across the division and improve information resourcing, by creating specific reports to assist management across the organisation and ministerial requirements.
