• Conducted a process analysis on Sales Force (B2B) and Sleep Easy Centres (B2C), focusing from revenue generation through to the final process of cash collections. Gaps were identified and amended within sales and ordering process and customer profiles, allowing the business to increase revenue by an average 27% of monthly forecast, and reduce debtors aging by $82k. The changes encouraged external customer satisfaction by processing orders more systematically and encouraged accountability on sales area managers to maintain a healthy and profitable customers profile.
• Reviewed the bonus structure against corporate policy and gaps were identified. Lead the communication with business executives and human resource managers to align key objectives surrounding sales targets to strategic business plan. The improvements achieved an aligned result to monthly target in a declining market, and improved our integral gross margin (IGM) by 2.8%
• Transitioned a newly acquired business into Philips Australia, focusing efforts on financial systems, reporting, business operation alignment both locally and abroad. Through the process, I was able to identify opportunities to improve reporting requirement for the business, streamline the month end process, and reducing the month end reporting cycle by 3.5 days.
