Managed the Remediation Project for the Call Processing Solution (VESTA) from inception to the successful completion and included creating and managing a detailed plan and timeline to solution all the anomalies associated with it. Controlled and managed a number of New York City Agencies and Vendor stakeholders to collaboratively work together to a common goal to get the Call Processing Solution (VESTA) to a robust and stable state that would ensure it would successfully pass the most stringent functional and non-functional requirements set by NYPD regards usability, robustness, data integrity, integration and high systems availability. The successful completion of this project made it possible for the NYPD and FDNY to retire the existing legacy Call Processing Solution for 911 and move all call takers to another location using the new E911 Call Processing Solution (VESTA). Evaluated and proposed a solution which was accepted by the City Of New York to remediate all identified anomalies which did not fulfil all NYPD and FDNY requirements for the Call Processing Solution (VESTA). Managed all the NYPD and FDNY’s Call Processing Application Requirements for E911 and included the gathering, consolidation, analysis, validation and documentation of all requirements.
