Our mission was to increase the value of our clients' brands through best in class strategy and creative. Responsibilities - As the MD I had overall responsibility for the 30 strong agency, its clients, staff and finances. Achievements: • During my tenure, we developed the Wax brand and re-established the agency in the marketplace as an expert in promotional, experiential and shopper marketing.
• I was responsible for the management of key client relationships, new business development
and delivery, agency P&L and financial reporting/ liaison with MSQ Partners (agency owners).
• With a staff of 25, we have grown our revenue with key clients like United Biscuits (+200%
since 2010) and Premier Foods (+100% in 2012) and won significant new business from other
brands such as Brown-Forman, Dixons Retail, Nestle and Canon.
• In 2012, our pitch conversion rate was 54%, (the highest in the Group) delivering an 8% profit
(above average for the sector in the years of economic recession).
