• Member of the Brooks Bell Leadership Team, contributing to the strategy, health and overall success of
the company
• Lead the strategic UX design of all client tests
• Manage, coach, and support a team of interactive designers
• Deliver marketing focused designs, insights and recommendations through disciplined testing strategies
geared for optimum performance and results
• Collaborate with designers, developers, marketing, and content to produce high quality, user-centered
designs
