Established internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for the Accounting Department. •Spearheaded the upgrading of the company’s bank account to Bank of America’s Cash Pro Online. •Responsible for all HR and Payroll functions, including managing the Worker’s Comp filings, for all employees. •Led the implementation of ADP Workforce Now Digital Time-keeping as well as broadening the scope of benefits available to the employees while keeping the costs to the company nominal.
