Ensured projects meet standards for sufficiency, technical feasibility, energy efficiency, programming regulations, and cost; and all ad hoc project team members and higher headquarters are alerted to new regulations/ methodologies and regulatory/procedural changes. Provided technical support to installations via staff assistance visits, review of base level program management, and interaction with base counterparts. Participated and provided engineering/architectural expertise in support of Project Planning Document (PPD)/Requirements Documents (RD) development conferences. Served as the principal advisor to the Commander in issues relating to coordination, delivery, resource management, and extraordinary situations Applied Instructional System Development (ISD) processes to design, administer, and evaluate results-focused, cost-effective E&T programs in coordination with mission objectives and Air Force standards, as well as organized, conducted and participated in work center visits, job site training, instructional workshops, and wartime task preparations
