COSMOTE id is dealing with authentication, authorization and profiling of digital users and it's a major enabler for COSMOTE brand digital ecosystem consisting of various websites and applications. I evaluated outcomes, and recommended solutions for improvement. I acted as a liaison between IT and business; gathered information from business segments and transformed that information into implementation requirements. Key Achievements: • Improved structure, functionality, and design of company’s website to enhance interactivity, while meeting overall customer requirements.
• Directed cross functional teams for completion of OTE COSMOTE brand merge project for all groups digital interfaces. Accomplished within time and budgetary constraints as well as became a case study for DT group.
• Enhanced satisfaction from OTE group web touchpoints to 94% (an all-time high).
