I integrated a time/task management system to track timing spent on tasks and work driven diary allocation to streamline and control employees time management and improve reporting and where resources go to. This was done into an established system that wasn’t designed for this, so Ive introduced events and outcomes and behind the scenes task entries that define every action they take. This integrates with session handling to ejnsure full control and completion of every task across multiple tabs of the same application open. I aslo built a real time reporting interface for the data from the aforementioned process. Various ad hoc changes to the existing VB.Net system according to businesses specifications to streamline the evolving business of insurance. Day to day tasks include building Crystal reports from the SQL Server data, Transfer of policies between consultants, supporting the current system while extending its capabilities.
Also ad hoc data reporting on certain business criteria. Ive integrated a web service into the system that verifies bank account authenticity into the system with soft and hard fail capabilities to prevent fraud and bank rejections to streamline payment processes.
