- Managed and maintained all digital mediums, including website, organic and paid social media, email marketing and third-party lead generation vendors. - Designed all sales, marketing and customer care collateral including but not limited to pitch decks, emails, short and long form copy, graphics, partnership proposals and customer onboarding materials. - Established KPIs to benchmark campaign performance, brand lift and to inform ongoing marketing activities.
