While at the University of Kansas: • Expanded the healthcare services available in Western Kansas by leading the transition of a hospital and multi-specialty ambulatory hub following an acquisition. • Transformed the operational workflows to align with the successfully adopted standards used by the University of Kansas for three key ancillary departments - lab, radiology, and pharmacy. • Implemented the technology solutions required to perform clinical and operational work in the lab, radiology, and pharmacy departments. While at Cooper University Health Care: • Launched a joint venture radiology outpatient clinic • Provided technology management for the opening of a grant-funded hospital-based dental clinic for HIV+ patients and those at high risk for HIV enrolled in the Early Intervention Program. Epic System's Wisdom application was implemented for the dental EHR, integrated with DEXIS as the dental PACS. • Led a radiology PACS and enterprise imaging VNA vendor selection process • Interim Application Manager for the enterprise imaging and non-Epic applications teams made up of FTEs and consultants.

Additionally, I managed the inpatient neurology unit technology implementations. • Nihon Kohden carts. • Central monitoring station. • Neurodiagnostics lab build-out. • Mobile monitoring for transporting or during patient ambulation. • In-room cameras for real-time visual monitoring.
