-Led immersive engagements with enterprise-level, legacy brand customers like Canon, CarMax, HCA, Harley Davidson, and the Las Vegas Convention Center; designed and managed digital innovation programs to incubate the full lifecycle of innovation pilots; was responsible for identifying and leading real opportunities for where innovation and M&A exist, match-making within our startup network, and cultivated opportunities for collaboration or incubation.
- Led merger and acquisition team for a multinational public company for a three-year transition plan of numerous companies in staffing, home services, and telecommunications, overachieving synergy savings by 10-15% for each transaction
- Consulted on blockchain / supply chain traceability pilots for GS1, Amazon, and Wakefern/Wendy's
- Served as Head of Innovation for a strategic advisory with a focus on accelerating business innovation around blockchain and other DT initiatives, and helped to align M&A support for corporate innovation programs
