Leading the Information Technology Office requires directing and planning the use of digital tools at the service of our clients and modernizing technology for management.
- We reduce payroll generation times from 15 to 2 days by automating the SIPREFA computer system, eliminating manual work.
- We facilitated the payment of economic benefits to 8 million Peruvians in vulnerable situations thanks to the implementation of an intersectoral Massive Data Transfer project "TRAMA", through the automation of massive comparisons of beneficiary registers.
- We constituted the team of data analysts in the Institution. Through seminars to disseminate analytics at different levels of hierarchy and involving internal and external allies to train us in knowledge and have specialized tools for advanced analysis.
