• Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, Office 365
• SharePoint 2010, 2013
• IT procurement
• Updates and upgrades
• System backups (Symantec, AppAssure)
• Active Directory administration
• Group Policy
• Anti-virus administration (F-Secure, ESET) • Administering Exchange 2010 and 2013
• Administering Lync 2013
• Administering Avaya and Nortel telephone system
• Administer Skype, BlueJeans, Microsoft RoundTable video conferencing
• Managing an online ICT Helpdesk
• Staff training (in a jargon free non-technical manner)
• Maintenance of member websites (bespoke and content management system)
• Accompanying email account and remote customer support (TeamViewer, LogMeIn)
• Administering and supporting a bespoke membership and contacts administration database system
