• Delivered capacity building with senior managers on establishing targets and measuring outcomes, which increased awareness around progress compared to expenditure
• Established the first departmental equalities group, and arranged capacity building on Equalities Law and policies for the group
• Led a review of staff appraisal and sickness absence reporting within the department and put in place a monitoring process for the same
