Apr. 2022 - Nov. 2023Drive revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales and marketing efficiency and data integrity with Salesforce as the single source of truth.
• Define, evolve and effectively implement a revenue operations strategy and optimize processes.
• Help drive GTM performance by producing actionable reporting and analysis delivered to marketing, sales, customer success, and senior leadership.
• Drive processes that ensure proper lead definitions and flow, conversion triggers, and data integrity, as required to generate marketing-sourced pipeline.
• Own data governance for Salesforce and the full sales and marketing tech stack, including user management, lead/account assignments and optimization, lead management, data quality and integrity.
• Create and manage the organizational structure and territory design for Virsec’s global sales and SDR teams.
• Oversee lead assignment and lead follow-up by sales and SDR teams.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of opportunities in the sales pipeline including stage, attribution, and forecasting.
•Drive end to end lifecycle of a quote to an order. This includes reviewing and validating all customer orders to ensure data accuracy in SFDC and compliance to bookings and order policy.
• Develop and present business insights to marketing and sales leaders on revenue performance, productivity, and process improvements. Own executive and board reporting for sales and marketing functions.
• Manage the efficiency and operations of our CRM, PRM, quoting and compensation tools, as well as marketing automation platform.
• Strong partnership with our enablement and learning director to ensure proper operational onboarding and off boarding.
•Add structure and clarity to highly ambiguous problems by bringing together opposing opinions across stakeholders, collating insights, forming recommendations, and building the solution from end to end
