Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing Excellence • Strategically manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, ensuring accurate, engaging website content and seamless user experiences for schedules, ticketing, and services. • Craft compelling blog content, maximize SEO, and drive organic traffic. • Execute high-impact email marketing campaigns to inform, engage, and convert audiences. 2. Social Media Innovation • Develop and implement creative social media strategies to drive ticket sales and foster community engagement. • Utilize analytics and trend monitoring to continuously refine performance and maximize reach. • Actively engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and invitations to follow, cultivating lasting relationships and brand loyalty. 3. PR & Influencer Outreach • Spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, securing collaborations and overseeing content delivery to amplify brand visibility. • Lead traditional PR initiatives, managing outreach to media outlets across key regions to position Art & Water as a leader in immersive entertainment. 4. Event Promotion • Craft and execute promotional strategies for seasonal attractions like Haunted Harbour Halloween and Escape Game events, as well as private charters and Boatmobile experiences. • Partner with internal teams to highlight the unique value of Art & Water’s offerings, ensuring broad market appeal and engagement.
