Jan. 2010 - Mar. 20117th Floor, Trafalgar Plaza, De La Costa Street, Salcedo Village, Makati City- Joined the company as a an HR Officer conducting interviews to potential team members for hiring requirements of the company. - Led HR business meetings leading to quality, performance and management standards and quantifying metrics from different departments of the company with regards to Call Center Operations. - Handled and organized special company-wide events, mediated with potential and current suppliers for asset management, and was tasked and assigned to handle clients and heads of the company as Client Relationship Manager when in Manila. - Promoted to Team Manager handling call center operations with HTC AUS and NZ as their main client. - Handle the IT and back office support such as recruitment, administration and facilities management. - Working directly with the Operations Manager, handling real-time management for a team of call center agents and ensure smooth operations on a daily basis. - Manages daily and weekly reports to our HTC client and works closely with the Operations Manager and acts as OIC when the Operations manager is unavailable or out of the country.
