Implemented and managed Infusionsoft (Keap) CRM system including creation and management of pre and post sales automation and email marketing campaigns. Planned and led transition of all active service accounts and billing subscriptions including an early renewal incentive program. Assisted with integration and management of internal and external collaborative workspaces including Atlassian, Slack, CustomerHub and LastPass along with Standard Operating Procedures to streamline processes and better serve customers. Co-developed a comprehensive client success initiative including new business development processes, client onboarding, customer service, billing and retention.
