I was accountable for governing HR initiatives and establishing accountable departments covering talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, learning and development, records management, and employee and labor relations. Furthermore, I managed transformative initiatives, evolving and refining talent acquisition policies and procedures in alignment with organizational values, leading to the seamless onboarding of highly qualified candidates. Also, I collaborated seamlessly with the Learning and development and technical branch, co-creating programs and providing crucial updates to leaders and authorities. Key Projects:
Led SASP Project successfully, while transitioning to obligatory government HRIS and CRM structures. Engaged actively in the discourse of substantial financial budget accord between Education Ministry and INICIA Foundation, significantly aiding Ministry's structural and wage reformation. Designed organizational strategies through the identification and research of human resources policies, aligning objectives with institutional and national mission statements. Furnished strategic insight and direction to leadership and management, while improving frameworks for optimistic employee involvement.
