• Planned, designed, and drove purchase, build, and implementation for major server consolidation. Consolidated 100+ AIX/Oracle server environments into four physical frames and 100+ virtual environments, saving $4M over 5 years in maintenance and support expense. • Planned, designed, and implemented Disaster Recovery for all business critical functions. Executed and led the annual disaster recovery exercise for pos credit, payroll, sales, network, and email. 100% successful Exercises with all systems fully recovered. • Established and implemented ITIL Service Management project. Designed and implemented the framework, policies, processes, procedures, and training. Phase 1 targeted release, incident, and problem management. Phase 2 targeted capacity and asset management. • Managed the project to select and implement the Identity Management System, integrating MS Active Directory, Oracle LDAP, Workbrain Time and Attendance, Oracle HR, Retek (Oracle Retail), Password Self Help, and VPN access. • Led the project team that architected, purchased, built, and implemented Oracle HR and Financials. Drove all aspects of system and database architecture, build, performance testing, conversion from PeopleSoft, and application rollout.
