As many of the client representatives were based in France it made sense to have someone in the same timezone. I worked with my US based colleagues to deliver the project over various phased sprints across stakeholder interviews, demographic research, technology mapping and commercial forecasting through to reviewing the suggested product selection against both brand and profitability metrics. Presenting to a Steerco and working closely with corporate counterparts gave me a taste for working with a large scale organisation.

I sourced and briefed our developer to deliver a website optimised for conversion. I've helped guide the founders thinking on DTC channel strategy and put systems in place to ensure accountability and structure for the team as they build this channel into a growth engine for the business.
