For clients seeking a full-service approach, we offer intent-targeted advertising and cost-per-lead programs. As a Manager of Client Success, my role entailed the following: • Identified and documented best marketing practices among clients, and develop content to support client success. • Managed delivery of Demand Generation (DG) campaigns, and Intent-Based Marketing/Ad Initiatives • Project management for creative projects such as Webinars, Podcasts, Knowledge Briefs, Research Reports, Infographics, Interactive eBooks and/or Speaking Engagements/Events
• Point of contact and client liaison for all account projects working closely with the sales team(s).
• Set client expectations, and coordinated external and internal resources to exceed expectations.
• Direct day-to-day management of customers and ensured user satisfaction; resulting in net new growth opportunities and planned renewal rates.
• Drove engagement and user adoption.
• Developed and implemented account strategies to exceed KPIs.
• Communicated any known risks or client satisfaction issues accordingly and develop the plan to resolve and improve client’s expectations.
• Supported sales discussions to align client needs with the organization’s capabilities.
• Delivered projects and forecast(s). Advanced Excel, SFDC, WorkZone, JIRA/Confluence, Project/Product Management, Slack, Data Analysis Skills, use and understanding of PowerBI
