I analyzed and interpreted production results, identified and assessed deviations, initiated and took corrective action, whilst conducting planned job observations on shift. My duties included liaising with members of other departments, and enforcing compliance to health and safety standards. As the Specialist Process: My duties included process optimization, analysis of process problems and the creation of solutions, whilst fine tuning the process parameters. I was responsible for the shutdown and start up of the plant effectively and efficiently, whilst offering advice for the production on deviations and corrections thereof. I identified problems and rectified them on shift, whilst monitoring process parameters. As the Production Technician: I handled the product volume and quality control, followed through the process measurements optimization, and was responsible for the samples control, whilst scheduling products output.
