This encompassed overseeing clinical operations, patient experience, and provider quality, contributing to the reduction of costs and an enhanced path to recovery. My strategic impact extended to engaging with C-suite stakeholders and the Board, leading discussions to identify key growth opportunities. This resulted in a prioritized roadmap of revenue-generating projects, projected to generate $9M in new business over the next two years. Notably, I implemented a real-time dashboard system, reducing manual reporting time by 25% and enabling agile adjustments to operations. Guiding a team of 30 providers and support personnel, I focused on high-quality service delivery, managing workforce planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality control. A key achievement was the development of comprehensive training materials, resulting in a remarkable 90% decrease in onboarding time and a 25% improvement in patient interactions. Collaborating with Product teams, I mapped out the end-to-end patient journey, identifying and addressing pain points for a frictionless patient experience.
