May. 2019 - Jul. 2022Moscow, Russian Federation · On-siteHyundai Mobility Lab was established in 2019 based on my original Automotive startup. At HML, I was in charge of the entire Product Department across all mobility products: car subscriptions, car marketplace, OEM telemetry, and Business Mobility (b2b). • I launched the first Hyundai Mobility app in just three months. In the first year, we successfully expanded the fleet size from 200 to 1300 vehicles despite of COVID pandemic in 2020 and the car market falling which allowed us to reach €1 mln turnover. • I defined PM-fit, GTM, and product strategy. We totally launched five automotive products for b2c and b2b and reached MAU 50,000 across our ecosystem. • I have grown the team from 9 to 67 people in three years and assembled core teams: PMO, Product, Design, Customer Success, and RnD. • I launched the project with Hyundai Manufacture that allowed us to manufacture 350,000 vehicles annually (Hyundai & KIA) with our own telemetry installed.
